Exam stress is a problem which torments most of students during their degree. As if  this were not enough, many teachers act in a careless way, making even harder the exam period. Alls tis stress affects (to?) students and their life out of the classroom. Because once a person get concious about how important his or her marks are for the future, exames becomes a matter that chases you until every test is done.

One way in which universities could help is making an examen calendar that provided time for relaxation and leisure activities. This fact seems to me the most essential, and would be only possible thorugh a better distribution of the final exams. Because actually, the exam is not the matter indeed, but the way exams are scheduled in the same week. People need time for relaxing, otherwise is impossible to assimilate all the knowledge during studying. And this fact can result more stressful, which involves that you will not do well on the exam's day if you feel so stressed.

On the other hand, another aspect that should be changed as well is the attitude of some teachers. This means not to overcome students with extra homework if they are aware of their situation. Tutors may respect to them who count with a few moments during the day for relaxing and, also, consider the situation of the students who have to develop a daily job.

So, as anyone could see, reciprocity exist in both of aprropaches I suggest. Both refers not to structural changes, but change of mind in the way of conceive the educational system with a betther method for evaluations. As far as I am concerned, exams do not have to be a torture method , not even a worry, but a way of make students be aware of what they know. And of course, this change would also help to people to remember that there is more to life than exam success.
