When you want to move a new house, you should think your decissions very well.

Firstly, where do you want to live? In a city or town? Which neighbourhood do you like? Is your new house near/close to your job?

Secondly, what kind of house would you like? a flat? an apartament? a cottage?

Thritly, you should think if you want to buy or rent a new house. This decission is very important.

On the one hand, buy a new house it´s a great idea if you want to be owner. You could live in it, or rent it. It was the best option if you could want to live in a place only.

On the other hand, rent a new house it´s a great idea too. You should rent if you change your job or your place a lot.

In my opinion if you didn´t permanent job, you should´nt buy a new house.
